Hello Everyone My name is rob ,
I'm 45 years old, I was Diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in june 2013.
I was born and Raised in Melbourne Australia where I currently live with supportive family and friends.I Enjoy rock 'n' roll music from the 50's, building cars, dancing (when i can.)
After my initial shock wearing off that I had PD i decided to try and make the most of my life in any way possible so i thought i would try radio.
I have met such awesome people that have kept me sane throughout this minor setback. (if you can call it that) I was very fortunate to meet DJ Madonna on facebook and now here i am, I have always had a liking for music. although I must admit I miss being able to dance as often as i did. so I feel very happy to be able to play music and hopefully put a smile on everyone's face.
I stay as positive as best I can and just never give up but some days are harder than others but I have found great support and I hope to be able to help others too.
